Zucchini (I enjoy making marmalade for my nephew using these beautiful veggies)Summer Squash (so yummy when lightly fried)Jalapeño (I love to pickle and can to enjoy their spiciness all winter long)Cucumbers (We’ve been eating on these all summer long.
